Michael Motorcycle - The Standard, New York limited edition print
California based artist Michael Motorcycle created this limited edition of 300 hand silkscreened, hand-signed and numbered posters for The Standard, New York. This is the third in a series for each of The Standards. 18” x 24”, on cream colored paper.
Michael works from Pasadena, CA where he designs and prints his own work. The production of each poster takes approximately six to eight weeks from inception, starting with his hand drawn image. Screen-printing includes layering several single colors to construct an image. The craft of his making each color separation is unique and labor intensive, as is the hand printing that he does himself.
Michael’s clients include: All Tomorrow’s Parties Presents, the Hollywood Bowl, and Goldenvoice Presents. He has exhibited his work throughout the US and Europe. His work has been published in many books and magazines including The Art Of Modern Rock.
