Exchanges:

We hope you will love our stuff as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the item for an Exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error.*

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by following the exchange procedures below and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the item before placing a new order.

Please note the following limitations:

  1. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items returned must be in original condition. Items that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
  3. All sales are final on discounted items.

How to Exchange an Item:

  1. Email us at theshop@standardhotel.com listing the reason for the exchange. Please be sure to include name, address, phone number and order number in your email.
  2. After receipt of your email we will issue you a return authorization number.
  3. Place the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original box we shipped to you. Please use your packing slip as the exchange form with the item(s) you are exchanging. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
  4. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  5. Return authorization number must be clearly noted on the outside of the box and on the packing slip.
  6. If it is a result of our error we will email you a UPS return label; otherwise please ship your item(s) back to us via an insured, traceable carrier.
