<li>Items returned must be in original condition. Items that have been altered

<p>How to Return an Item:</p>

the reason for your return. Please be sure to include name, address, phone
number and order number in your email. </li>
<li>After receipt of your email we will issue you a return authorization number.</li>
<li>Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to
you. Please use your packing slip as the return form with the item(s) you
are returning. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain,
unmarked cardboard box.</li>
<li>If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated
box from previous shipments, please remove them.</li>
<li>Return authorization number must be clearly noted on the outside of the
box and on the packing slip.</li>
<li>If it is a result of our error we will email you a UPS return label; otherwise
please ship your item(s) back to us via an insured, traceable carrier.</li>
